12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

Every Lumora Diamonds jewellery piece is protected by a 12-month limited manufacturing warranty, starting from the date you receive your item.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and use.

If a fault is confirmed to be manufacturing-related, we will gladly repair or replace your item at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure your jewellery continues to shine as beautifully as the day it arrived.

What’s Covered

Our warranty includes:

• • Structural flaws caused during production

• • Loose stones or prong issues resulting from workmanship errors

What’s Not Covered

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

• • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties

Once verified as a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement promptly and with care.
