Our Diamonds and Jewelry
Both are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties. The only difference lies in their origin — natural diamonds form underground over billions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments using advanced technology. Yes. All stones 1ct and above come with an official IGI certificate, ensuring full transparency in colour, clarity, cut, and overall quality.
For designs featuring smaller diamonds or bands without a large centre stone, we use hand-selected and internally graded diamonds. Each stone is carefully matched for colour, clarity, and brilliance to meet Lumora’s high standards

We can provide HD videos, certificate previews, and details before you confirm upon request. Private viewings of samples are also available in Auckland based on appointment.
It takes ~ 3 weeks for your custom order to be ready.

We are made to order most of the time. It takes ~3 weeks for your pieces to be ready. You can also check with us for items available for immediate shipment.
We are proudly New Zealand–based, and most of our custom orders come from local clients nationwide. We offer free insured shipping across NZ, including rural addresses.
We work directly with trusted manufacturers, cutting out traditional retail markups.
That means you enjoy substantially lower prices than traditional retail, thanks to our direct sourcing model.
You can pay by credit card, eftpos, bank transfer, or cash .
Yes. We offer Afterpay, which allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, subject to Afterpay approval.

We offer one free resizing within 30 days of delivery (for most designs).Just contact our team, and we’ll arrange secure shipping or a local jeweler adjustment.
We can resize rings up to three sizes up or down to maintain the integrity of the design and setting.Adjusting more than three sizes can affect the ring’s structure, gemstone security, or overall appearance.
Yes. All pieces include a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects.This does not cover wear and tear or accidental damage.
We don’t accept returns unless there’s a manufacturing fault.However, resizing or minor adjustments can be arranged.
